- Access to the private “30 Day Paleo Challenge” Facebook page
- Access to the optional weekly teleconference call
- Ability to ask confidential questions one-on-one with Kinsey
- Ongoing, personal consultations via phone and Skype are available for an additional fee
Requirements for participation:
- Computer with internet access
- Ability to download a PDF file that is ~ 3.5 megabytes
- Facebook account (go to www.facebook.com to register for an account if you do not already have one)~note: this is an optional, but highly recommended feature
- Phone with a keypad for our weekly phone call
- The desire to make the changes necessary to heal!
What to expect after registering:
Within 24 hours of receiving your registration and payment, we will send you an email to the email address that you provide to us during the registration process. The email that you receive will contain the following information:
- Welcome message
- A link to download the PDF “Quick Start and Paleo Challenge” manual
- Information about how to access the private Facebook group page
- Information about how to access the weekly teleconference call
- An instructive “Syllabus” that explains where and how to start!
