Kinsey Jackson is the founder of “Objective Perspective”, a Paleo-powered service that provides individual and group consulting, classes and challenges for eating and living Paleo. She received her pre-medical Bachelor of Science degree in “Biopsychology” with a minor in Chemistry from Western Washington University in 2006, graduating with honors. She has been nationally licensed as a massage therapist since 2001, her massage work infusing mindful medical massage with traditional Hawaiian Mana Lomi massage. Over the last 6 years, she has taught classes in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, and Medical Insurance Billing to other health-care providers in Washington State as CEUs. Kinsey has spent years volunteering for different organizations in the areas of end-of-life care, domestic violence support, and health education. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition with an emphasis on Autoimmune conditions and inflammation. After giving up her 25 years of Vegetarianism to “go Paleo” after developing multiple Autoimmune diseases, she now calls herself a “recovering vegetarian”, and provides support to other recovering vegetarians via her website: www.therecoveringvegetarian.com. Kinsey currently lives in Bellingham, WA, and travels often to her second home in Maui, HI. She provides nutrition-related services in both places. She is recently engaged to her college-sweetheart, who practices sustainable crabbing and salmon fishing in Anacortes, WA and Bristol Bay, AK, respectively. Kinsey’s enthusiasm for natural healing, love of cooking, respect for the process of change and loss, and ability to explain the science of diet in a fun and comprehensible way, make her a fantastic instructor to facilitate your “30 Day Paleo Challenge” experience. In joy!
